Job summary

CTBraces Danbury is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on orthodontic treatment options, discuss financials, and build strong patient relationships. The role includes scheduling consultations, preparing patients for exams, and coordinating with specialists as needed.

Community outreach and local marketing support are also part of the position. The successful candidate will be outgoing, empathetic, and proactive, with strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on plans.
• Explain financial options and educate patients on payment plans.
• Follow up on pending reports and schedule treatment with potential patients.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate consultations.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed prior to treatment.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
