Dental Associates of Connecticut - Danbury is seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to join our Danbury, CT team. You will greet patients, manage the schedule for doctors and hygienists, and coordinate treatment plans with doctors while presenting them to patients.

You will negotiate financial arrangements, enter treatment plans, and ensure a calm, welcoming environment for anxious patients. This position includes evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental reception role.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with dental software.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Handle high phone volume.
• Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists.
• Act as liaison between patients and doctors.
• Enter patient treatment plans and discuss needs.
• Explain financial arrangements and collect payments.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment needs.
• Perform general office duties.
