The role supports full-cycle patient management in a busy dental office setting, with on-site work in Mill Creek, WA. Candidates with 1–2 years of front-office experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI/Denticon a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients through the appointment process to a healthy smile.
