Job summary

Gentle Dental in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients through the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; Denticon experience a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and treatment options based on proposed care.
• Lead patients from first appointment to final outcome with a positive experience.
