Gentle Dental Ballard is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will present financial options and guide patients to make informed decisions, ensuring a smooth, patient-centered experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and treatment costs/options.
• Guide patients from the first appointment to the last to a happy and healthy smile.
