This role supports compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced dental office.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, in Ballard. Requires 1–2 years front office experience in a medical setting and proficiency with QSI/Denticon; bilingual candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on the proposed treatment.
• Guide patients from first appointment to last toward a healthy smile.
