Gentle Dental Ballard is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will explain financial planning and options based on proposed care, guiding the patient from the first appointment to the final treatment to ensure a happy, healthy smile.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years front office medical experience, are computer-literate, and may speak multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients’ full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.
