Job summary

Gentle Dental Ballard is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and options based on proposed care, guiding patients from the first appointment to the final smile.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills (Denticon/QSI a plus), and the ability to discuss treatment plans and costs clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical setting.
• Computer literate; QSI or Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and service options based on proposed treatment.
