Corus Orthodontists in Amherst, NH is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator for All Star Smiles Orthodontics. You’ll create exceptional patient experiences, manage scheduling and contracts, and support community outreach as part of a growing network across North America.

Qualifications

• Dental/orthodontic office experience preferred.
• Retail, banking or teaching experience also favored.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and orthodontic management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions for new patients via warm, enthusiastic calls.
• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients using standard templates.
• Confirm appointment reminders and reschedule no-shows as needed.
• Help grow the practice by ensuring proper doctor time is scheduled and communicate changes with the clinical team.
• Maintain professional communication and detailed patient records; prepare referrals as needed.
• Engage in community outreach and maintain relationships with referring doctors.
• Present patient contracts and explain financial options and benefits to patients.
