Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with patients and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment completion.
  • Educate patients about periodontal and dental implant procedures using photos, models, and other educational tools.
  • Present treatment plans, discuss fees, and explain financing options.
  • Help patients overcome financial and emotional barriers to treatment.
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure follow-up appointments are completed.
  • Communicate with referring offices and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Discuss insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage.
  • Document financial arrangements and treatment acceptance.
  • Monitor treatment progress and maintain ongoing patient communication.
  • Make welcome and follow-up calls to patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
  • Support overall office operations and patient flow.

Overview

Kansas Perio & Dental Implants is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping patients understand their treatment options, and guiding them through every step of their periodontal and dental implant journey.

We are looking for a professional and compassionate team member who can deliver an exceptional patient experience and help patients feel confident and comfortable moving forward with recommended care. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Position: Treatment Coordinator
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay Range: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour

About the Role

The Treatment Coordinator serves as a vital link between our patients, providers, and referring offices. This position focuses on helping patients achieve their oral health goals by guiding them through treatment recommendations, financial arrangements, scheduling, and ongoing communication throughout their care.
