Kansas Perio & Dental Implants in Wichita, KS is seeking a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through periodontal and dental implant care, financing, and scheduling. This full-time role emphasizes building relationships and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Mansioni

• Build trusting relationships with patients and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment completion.
• Educate patients about periodontal and dental implant procedures using photos, models, and other educational tools.
• Present treatment plans, discuss fees, and explain financing options.
• Help patients overcome financial and emotional barriers to treatment.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure follow-up appointments are completed.
• Communicate with referring offices and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Discuss insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage.
• Document financial arrangements and treatment acceptance.
• Monitor treatment progress and maintain ongoing patient communication.
• Make welcome and follow-up calls to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Support overall office operations and patient flow.
