We are a growing, fee-for-service periodontal and implant practice in Chevy Chase seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
This is a key position within our practice. We are looking for someone who is confident, polished, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. Our Treatment Coordinator guides patients from their initial consultation through treatment acceptance, financial arrangements, scheduling, and completion of care.
Our practice provides complex periodontal, implant, grafting, and multidisciplinary treatment. The right candidate must be comfortable discussing comprehensive treatment plans and significant financial investments while making patients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their decisions.
Success in this position means patients understand their treatment and feel confident moving forward. Treatment is followed up on consistently, the doctor's schedule remains productive, referring offices receive excellent communication, and outstanding cases never disappear because someone forgot to follow up.

Required: Dental office experience and experience communicating directly with patients.
Strongly Preferred: 2+ years of treatment coordination experience, particularly presenting comprehensive or high-value dental treatment.
