Private Orthodontic Practice in Palm Beach County, FL is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to be the primary contact for new and existing patients, explaining treatment options and financing while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and be organized, dependable, and patient-focused.

Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, but training is available.

Treatment Coordinator – Private Orthodontic Practice

We are a growing, patient-focused solo orthodontic practice in Palm Beach County, Florida, seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

The Treatment Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for new and existing patients, helping families understand their orthodontic treatment options while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional experience
• Presenting treatment plans and explaining orthodontic procedures and financial options
• Scheduling consultations, treatment appointments, and follow-ups
• Following up with prospective and existing patients
• Coordinating treatment and communicating effectively with patients and families
• Discussing treatment fees, financing, and payment options
• Helping the doctor and team maintain an organized, efficient schedule
• Supporting overall front-office operations as needed
