Warr Acres is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support high‑quality dental care. You will coordinate treatment plans, communicate proposed procedures and costs, and help patients understand options, ensuring clarity from planning through completion of care.

Work closely with dentists, clinical staff, and administration to present plans, schedule visits, discuss insurance benefits, and assist with financing while maintaining accurate records and a patient‑centered service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of dental front office experience preferred.
• Experience with dental software is a plus.

Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator supports the delivery of quality dental care by coordinating patient treatment plans, communicating recommended procedures and associated costs, and helping patients understand their treatment options. Works closely with Dentists, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure treatment plans are clearly presented, appointments are scheduled appropriately, and patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Reviews proposed treatment plans, discusses insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket expenses, assists with financial arrangements, and follows up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment. Maintains accurate patient records, communicates with insurance companies as needed, and helps ensure a smooth transition from treatment planning to completion of care. Leads by example through professionalism, compassion, and a patient-centered approach while supporting the clinic's treatment acceptance and overall operational goals.
