Preferred Search Group partners with a top-rated private dental office in Shelby Township, MI to hire an experienced Treatment Coordinator. You’ll welcome patients, present treatment plans, discuss costs and financing, and help patients understand the value of recommended care.

This is a fast-paced, patient-first role in a private practice where you’ll coordinate scheduling, maintain records, and work closely with the doctor and clinical team. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is required.
• Treatment coordination or front-office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment options and finances with patients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental office in Shelby Township, MI to find an experienced and personable Treatment Coordinator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident discussing treatment, connecting with patients, and helping patients understand the value of the care they need.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: Off

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and build relationships with patients
