Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental office in Shelby Township, MI to find an experienced Treatment Coordinator who can build relationships with patients, discuss treatment plans, and help patients understand the value of the care they need.

You’ll coordinate appointments and scheduling, work closely with the doctor and clinical team, and support patients from consultation through treatment while maintaining accuracy and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience required.
• Treatment coordination or dental front-office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and build relationships with patients.
• Present treatment plans and explain recommended care to patients.
• Discuss treatment costs, financing options, and insurance benefits.
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment.
• Help increase case acceptance while maintaining a patient-first approach.
• Coordinate appointments and treatment scheduling.

Schedule

• Monday:7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday:6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday:6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday:7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday:Off

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and build relationships with patients
