CHOICE Healthcare Services in San Diego is seeking a Dental Treatment Orthodontic Coordinator to join a dynamic pediatric orthodontic team. You will handle front-office duties, patient scheduling, insurance processing, and financial conversations with families.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and manage billing for orthodontic services.
• Understand dental insurance processes and authorizations.
• Follow up on authorizations with insurance companies.
• Schedule orthodontic treatments and recall appointments.
• Confirm treatment appointments and check patients in/out.
• Verify insurance eligibility.
• Present financial arrangements for treatment.

Dental Treatment Orthodontic Coordinator

Pay Range: $20.00 - to $28.00 /hr (Based on experience) Plus Bonus plan where you can make up to $1200.00 extra per month

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Collect and process payments
• Understand dental insurance process
• Follow up with authorizations back from Dental Insurance companies
• Schedules treatment appointments and recall appointments for orthodontics
• Confirms treatment appointments
• Checks patients in and out fro dental appointment
• Verifies eligibility with insurance
• Present Dental Orthodontic cases for treatment in regards for financial arrangements

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have dental front office experience to be considered

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
