Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services in San Francisco seeks a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to manage the patient experience from first contact through treatment completion. You will support the orthodontic team, discuss treatment plans, and handle scheduling and financial arrangements in a busy dental office.

The role requires prior dental front office experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication with patients and families about treatment options and fees.

Qualifications

• Must have previous front office dental experience.
• English and Spanish is required.
• Able to communicate with patients and their families in detail about orthodontic treatment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm exams, observations, and recall patients.
• Schedule New Patient appointments to keep a full daily calendar.
• Remind patients to complete paperwork for timely visits.
• Support the office, doctor, and team members.
• Discuss treatment plans with patients/parents.
• Document diagnostic findings and treatment recommendations.
• Enter/print/mail patient letters and charts.
• Follow up on exam patients with strong pending cases.
• Explain financial arrangements and obtain signatures.
