About

We are an elite oral surgery practice committed to exceptional patient care and first-class service to referring doctors. We seek a fun, hardworking, compassionate team player to help us grow and serve our community's oral surgery needs. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.

Role and Responsibilities

The Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the best clinical outcomes, and meeting patient needs. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, providing cost estimates, collecting payments, managing the doctor’s schedule, and communicating with patients and referring offices.

  1. Provide concierge-level customer service over the phone, in person, or electronically.
  2. Update and maintain patient insurance information.
  3. Maintain the doctor’s schedule for efficiency.
  4. Partner with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
  5. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize work according to the patient schedule.
  6. Collect payments professionally and effectively.
  7. Understand doctor treatment recommendations and develop treatment plans.
  8. Communicate treatment options and costs to patients.
  9. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dental experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Understanding of dental terminology.
  • Friendly, professional personality.
  • Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
