Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a highly organized and clinically grounded Treatment Coordinator to lead and supervise our case management and treatment services team within the Behavioral Health and Reentry Services division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in team-based environments, has experience in group facilitation and program coordination, and is passionate about ensuring the quality and consistency of care for justice-involved individuals.
As Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring staff performance, treatment quality, and curriculum delivery across the program, with a focus on mentoring, staff development, and service plan compliance.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you shape both the service quality clients receive and the professional growth of the team delivering it. You ensure every client’s path is structured with care, purpose, and accountability—grounded in evidence-based practices.
