Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a highly organized and clinically grounded Treatment Coordinator to lead and supervise our case management and treatment services team within the Behavioral Health and Reentry Services division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in team-based environments, has experience in group facilitation and program coordination, and is passionate about ensuring the quality and consistency of care for justice-involved individuals.

As Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring staff performance, treatment quality, and curriculum delivery across the program, with a focus on mentoring, staff development, and service plan compliance.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and support case management and treatment team members
  • Lead implementation and quality assurance of core programming and group facilitation
  • Train new case managers, provide mentoring, and coordinate staff development efforts
  • Monitor client assessments, service plan development, and delivery of therapeutic services
  • Conduct individual and team supervision meetings to ensure consistent treatment quality
  • Coordinate data collection and program improvement processes for research and reporting
  • Participate as a key member of the Core Treatment Team and represent program philosophy
  • Review files, conduct outcome evaluations, and generate timely reports
  • Maintain close coordination with Directors, providing regular updates on program integrity
  • Attend court hearings or parole hearings as required
  • Conduct drug and alcohol screenings as needed
  • May carry a small, specialized caseload
  • Collaborate with external agencies to enhance aftercare resources
What You Need
  • MS/MA and 2 years of related experience preferred
  • or BA/BS with certification and 3 years of experience
  • or BA/BS with demonstrated group facilitation competency and 2 years of experience
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must complete LSI-R certification within 60 days of hire
  • Must complete core curriculum training within 180 days and certify within 12 months
  • Solid knowledge of social learning theory, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and clinical evaluation
  • Basic computer literacy and strong documentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Must be able to pass required background clearances
