Senior Treatment Coordinator (CV88-1) - Reentry Services Division

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Treatment Coordinator to lead treatment delivery and staff development within our Behavioral Health & Reentry Services division. This role is essential in ensuring clinical excellence across both treatment and work release phases, while directly supporting case managers, coaches, and the program’s therapeutic approach.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor case managers and curriculum coaches
  • Lead clinical reviews, service plan assessments, and treatment planning
  • Deliver and model group programming and support new coaches with training and supervision
  • Oversee documentation, assessments, and satisfaction surveys related to program delivery
  • Coordinate and conduct weekly treatment team meetings
  • Support staff certification and ensure alignment with agency treatment models
  • Collaborate with the Core Treatment Team and contribute to research and evaluation
  • Carry a small caseload when needed and engage in direct client work
  • Assist in the development of staff training schedules and agency-wide educational initiatives
  • Partner with external agencies to build aftercare and support resources

What You Need:

  • Master’s degree in a human services field with 2+ years of related experience
  • (or) Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in behavioral health or corrections required
  • Proficiency in cognitive-behavioral interventions, assessment, and group facilitation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Licensure preferred
