This full-time role focuses on presenting treatment plans, explaining fees and financing, and coordinating with clinicians and front desk staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a similar role, strong case presentation skills, and expertise in insurance verification and payment plans.

Full-Time | $20-25/hour + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
