Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This full-time role focuses on presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance, and coordinating financial options for patients.

You’ll work with orthodontists, assistants, and front desk staff to support production goals and patient experiences across our Germantown office. We offer bonus potential up to $1,000 monthly, comprehensive health/dental/vision, PTO, company STD/LTD,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong case presentation and ability to explain treatment options clearly.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient financing.

Orthodontic / Dental Treatment Coordinator

Full-Time | $22-26/hour + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)


• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance


• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
