Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to ensure smooth patient flow, present treatment options, and coordinate front-office and clinical duties in a dental practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience with dental insurance, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team. A high school diploma is required, and an associates degree is preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service.
• Experience presenting treatment plans to patients.
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Requirements

Education/Credentials

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.

Job-related experience

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
