Job summary

D4C Dental Brands, Inc. in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support families and ensure smooth financial conversations.

You will present treatment options, coordinate scheduling, and work with a friendly team to deliver high-quality pediatric and general dental care. The ideal candidate has completed a dental assistant program with an externship and excels in customer service, multi-tasking, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Graduated from a dental assistant program and externship preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in medical/dental environment.

Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Assist patients with dental insurance processes.

Requirements

Education/Credentials:

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.

Job-related experience:

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
