Space City Orthodontics is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and build strong patient relationships. The role includes preparing patients for exams, scheduling consultations, and coordinating referrals as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in sales or service, strong communication skills, and a proactive, empathetic approach.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and maintain good relationships with patients and coworkers.

Mansioni

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain financial options and help patients understand payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment and keep schedules full.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
