Job summary

Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on orthodontic options, handle financial arrangements, and build strong relationships. The role requires one year of sales or service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to establish rapport with patients and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry is required.
• Outgoing, approachable and empathetic personality.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain treatment plans and educate patients on financial options.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about available orthodontic treatment options and plans.
• Present treatment plans and overcome objections with patients.
• Explain financial arrangements and educate patients on payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate consultations or start of treatment.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and assist in local store marketing and events.
