Job summary

Hoch Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options, help with financial arrangements, and build strong relationships.

You will present treatment plans, educate patients on plan of treatment, overcome objections, handle pending reports, set up consultations, coordinate referrals, and assist in local store marketing and events. A supportive, people-first culture is described.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; College education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or service industry.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment options and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain financial options and educate patients on payment options.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care when needed.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
