Job summary

Gentle Dental Albany is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and treatment options, guiding patients from the first appointment to a happy, healthy smile.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and may be bilingual.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate required; QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from initial diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to final, healthy smile.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications

Pay Range

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour/DOE
