Job summary

Gentle Dental Albany is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients through the full care cycle, from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present financial planning and options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the final smile.

The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork with clinicians, and delivering a positive patient experience in a busy dental office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services is preferred.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Pay Range

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour/DOE
