Job summary

Gentle Dental Corvallis is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, guiding them through financial planning and available options that align with proposed care. This role supports patients from first visit to completion in a busy dental office environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Support patients through scheduling and post-visit follow-up.
