Job summary

Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present treatment plans and discuss costs, guiding patients through the financial options available based on proposed care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs of services is preferred.

• Communicate financial planning options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients through the full appointment cycle to a happy, healthy smile.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Pay Range

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour/DOE
