Gentle Dental Skyline in Salem, Oregon is hiring Treatment Coordinators for full-time and part-time roles. You will guide patients from the initial diagnosis to treatment acceptance, communicating financial planning and options based on proposed care.

Our team emphasizes patient care, clinical excellence, and collaboration. Candidates should have 1–2 years front office experience in healthcare, be computer literate (QSI/Denticon a plus), and be able to present treatment plans and costs clearly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communication of financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
