Qualifications

• Background in administration, customer service, or finances is preferred but not required.
• Confident discussing finances and treatment plans.
• Pleasant and outgoing demeanor.
• Clear communication with other team members and patients.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards patients and referring office teams, always
• Check in patients for their appointments
• Check out and confirm patients for their post op and next visit appointments
• Effectively communicate with clinical team members
• Present finance options and instruct patients through their benefits
• Coordinate treatment with the clinical team and referring practices
• Maintain organized spreadsheets with new patient and treatment information
• Follow up with patients to see them through treatment completion
• Call and schedule new patients, gather demographic information, and create new patient charts
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, keep the schedule busy and effective
