The Grove Family Dental is seeking a motivated Treatment Care Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. You will greet patients, schedule recare visits, discuss treatment plans, and guide consultations, while delivering five-star service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $22–$26 based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Benefits include PTO, multiple insurances, a matched 401(k), and a long-term vacation incentive after five years with Mercy Dental

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities at all levels.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to approach constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Dental: 3 years preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and other front desk duties.
• Understand and navigate patients’ dental insurance.
• Collect and document patients’ charges and payments.
• Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations.
• Strive to provide excellent customer service throughout the organization.
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires multitasking.
• Be willing and able to step into various roles and wear different hats.
