The Grove Family Dental is seeking a motivated Treatment Care Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. You will greet patients, schedule recare visits, discuss treatment plans, and guide consultations, while delivering five-star service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $22–$26 based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Benefits include PTO, multiple insurances, a matched 401(k), and a long-term vacation incentive after five years with Mercy Dental

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and other front desk duties.
• Understand and navigate patients’ dental insurance.
• Collect and document patients’ charges and payments.
• Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations.
• Strive to provide excellent customer service throughout the organization.
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy.

This position requires the individual to be flexible with the needs of the practice. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, highly organized, and comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients. The candidate needs excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

• $22/hr–$26/hr
• Based on experience

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
