Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to enhance patient experiences through our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will help patients feel welcome whether they visit for treatment or call to schedule, and you’ll assist with financial arrangements for care.

This role requires at least one year of related experience, dental terminology knowledge, and strong communication. Work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm and earn $21.00-$25.00 per hour with benefits depending on hours.

Competenze

• At least one year of related experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
