Dental Insurance & Treatment Scheduling Specialist

Founders Park Dentistry is looking for an experienced Treatment / Billing Coordinator to help guide patients through treatment planning, insurance benefits, and financial coordination.

This role plays a critical part in keeping Dr. Stark's schedule productive and ensuring patients clearly understand their treatment and insurance coverage. You'll work closely with patients to review treatment plans, estimate benefits, submit and follow up on insurance claims, and manage billing-related communication.

This position is best suited for someone with strong dental insurance knowledge, confidence in financial conversations, and experience in a dental front office setting.

Job Duties

• Schedule and coordinate treatment for the doctor's schedule
• Review treatment plans and insurance estimates with patients
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Address underpayments, pre-payments, and patient balances
• Collect and manage credit card information on file
• Serve as a backup and support for front desk operations
• Assist with ordering front office supplies as needed
