• Compliance: Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards and OSHA safety protocols.
• Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration and supply ordering.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
