You will manage operations and financial performance while handling a full patient caseload, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources.

You will oversee center staff, supervise therapists and aides, and coordinate budgets and caseload efficiency to maximize quality care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic Windows proficiency.

Job Summary
