Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced PM to lead the Treasury Finance Transformation, driving sophisticated capabilities across governance, operations, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with legal, finance, and engineering teams, delivering on strategic objectives and ensuring timely, well-governed initiatives—within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The role requires 6+ years in Change Management, a proven ability to handle ambiguity, and strong communication skills to influence

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Change Management experience in management consulting or within high-growth tech companies
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across functions
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to articulate complex products to non-technical audiences
• Hands-on, adaptable approach with comfort working in ambiguous environments and collaborating with senior management
• Curiosity-driven mindset to effectively lead technical teams and SMEs

Responsibilities

• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation
• Lead and manage complex projects focused on operational efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to assess impact of changes and identify process improvements
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery
• Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
• Prepare materials for senior management and external stakeholders
