Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks Treasury Consulting professionals across multiple levels to join our Global Treasury Practice. We focus on modernizing CFO offices with advisory, technology-enabled treasury transformations, and enhanced financial performance for clients in financial services and beyond.

Responsibilities vary by experience and may include leading Treasury Management System implementations, designing future-state operating models, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience in one or more treasury disciplines, including treasury technology, cash management, liquidity management, forecasting, payments, bank relationship management, debt and investments, treasury risk management, or treasury operations.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury-related technologies, including Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Reval, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, treasury teams, finance organizations, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models and solutions.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Assess, troubleshoot, test, and support treasury technology solutions throughout implementation lifecycles.
• Train and advise clients on the effective use of treasury systems and related technologies.
• Support treasury process improvement initiatives across cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, and risk management activities.
• Assist clients with treasury policy development, governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and digital treasury initiatives.
• Participate in business development, proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client relationship management.
• Develop project plans, manage project workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes.
