RSM US LLP is seeking an accomplished Director to lead and grow the Treasury Technology offering within its Global Treasury Practice. The role combines treasury and technology expertise with strong client relationships and leadership to shape the market.

You will define capabilities, build alliances, and drive digital treasury transformation for clients, leveraging partnerships with top treasury technology providers and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant treasury consulting experience and knowledge of treasury technology platforms.
• Proven ability to develop business, originate opportunities, and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategy, growth, and market positioning of the Treasury Technology offering.
• Define and evolve treasury technology capabilities, accelerators, and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop thought leadership and client-facing materials to position the practice as a leader in treasury technology.
• Lead executive relationships and strategic pursuits for key engagements and accounts.
• Provide executive oversight on major treasury technology engagements and ensure measurable outcomes.
