Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Director to lead and grow Treasury Technology within the Global Treasury Practice. This leadership role combines deep treasury tech expertise with client relationship management and strategic growth across the U.S.

The Director will define capabilities, drive market positioning, and build alliances with technology providers while guiding engagements for major treasury technology programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Significant experience in treasury consulting, treasury technology, corporate treasury, banking, financial services, or finance transformation.
• Demonstrated experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury technology platforms (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Trovata, Reval or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategy, growth, and market positioning of the Treasury Technology offering.
• Define and evolve the firm's treasury technology capabilities, methodologies, accelerators, and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify emerging treasury technologies and assess their relevance to clients and the market.
• Build differentiated offerings that combine treasury expertise, technology, data, automation, and transformation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with treasury technology providers and manage the alliance ecosystem.
• Develop thought leadership, market perspectives, and client-facing materials for the Treasury Technology practice.
• Develop and execute a strategy to grow Treasury Technology revenue, pipeline, and market share.
• Originate and lead sales opportunities with executive-level relationship development.
• Develop trusted relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers, CIOs, and senior executives.
• Advise clients on treasury technology strategy, platform selection, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships across treasury and CFO services.
• Lead strategic pursuits and serve as an executive sponsor for engagements.
• Provide executive oversight and direction on major treasury technology engagements.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes and high client satisfaction.
