Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Director to lead and grow Treasury Technology within the Global Treasury Practice. The role blends treasury know-how with technology leadership, guiding strategy, client relationships, and alliances across the U.S. and global delivery locations.

You will shape offerings, drive revenue, and work with CFOs, Treasurers, and CIOs to transform treasury platforms, automate processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant treasury consulting/treasury technology experience.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury technology platforms (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Trovata, Reval).
• Strong communication with C-suite and senior leaders; proven client relationship growth.
• Experience leading teams and diverse, global engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategy, growth, and market positioning of the Treasury Technology offering.
• Define and evolve treasury technology capabilities, methodologies, accelerators, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Identify emerging treasury technologies and assess relevance to clients and market.
• Build differentiated offerings combining treasury function, technology, data, and transformation.
• Establish and manage relationships with treasury technology providers and alliances.
• Develop thought leadership and client materials positioning the practice as a leader.
