Job summary

Lone Star College System is seeking an Analyst II, Treasury - Tax and Debt to support property tax data collection, validation, and revenue forecasting. You will monitor bond-related activities, assist with financial reports, and work with external entities to ensure accurate budgeting and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience, including at least 1 year in property tax or municipal debt administration. Texas location; full-time position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience must include at least 1 year in property tax and/or municipal debt administration.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain property tax datasets from county offices and appraisal districts.
• Support revenue forecasting with TNT materials and documented data.
• Monitor debt service payments and reconcile related transactions.
• Prepare analytical schedules for financial analysis and budgeting.
