TexasBank is seeking a Treasury Analyst to forecast, analyze, and report on the bank’s financial performance. You will build models, support budgeting, and provide insights to senior leadership.

The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills, plus experience with banking systems. You’ll contribute to risk assessment, regulatory support, and strategic planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in treasury, FP&A, banking, asset-liability management, or a related financial discipline.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial performance, market trends, and indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and budgeting models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Support ALCO meetings and regulatory requests; assist in variance analysis and scenario testing.
