Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Sr. Treasury Manager to build and lead the treasury function for a rapidly growing digital lender. You will own daily cash management, funding plans, and working capital forecasts; you’ll manage banking relationships and lead liquidity initiatives to support multiple business units.

This role requires 8+ years in treasury/finance, a finance degree, and hands-on experience with treasury systems. The position offers hybrid/remote options within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury, or related finance function.
• Experience with treasury management systems (GTreasury, Kyriba, ModernTreasury).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position and ensure adequate working capital for operations.
• Lead wire funding across banks and warehouses and maintain templates.
• Build and maintain working capital forecasting models and dashboards.
• Oversee weekly working capital process and liquidity visibility across the business.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and lenders; support month-end close.
