Job summary

Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company. As a Sr. Treasury Manager, you will build and lead the treasury function, own daily cash management, and shape long‑term liquidity strategies across our growing fintech platform.

You will manage banking relationships, forecasting models, and internal controls while partnering with legal, accounting, and capital markets teams. This role offers hybrid/remote options and a route to impact everyday customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 8+ years in FP&A, treasury, investment banking, or related finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with treasury management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations and cash management across business units.
• Lead working capital forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Oversee relationships with banking partners and lenders.
• Support month-end close and covenant reporting.
• Develop and implement best-in-class treasury processes.
