Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Sr. Treasury Manager to build and lead the treasury function for a growing digital lender.

You will own daily cash management, funding plans, working capital forecasting, and banking relationships across multiple units with a focus on liquidity and efficiency. The role offers hybrid and remote work opportunities in the United States, with a salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 8+ years in financial planning/treasury or similar finance function.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with treasury management systems or internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position and liquidity across business units.
• Lead treasury operations, funding plans, and banking relationships.
• Develop working capital forecasts and dashboards.
• Support month-end close, covenant reporting, and audits.
• Implement best-in-class treasury controls and processes.
